Quality Control

                          

Quality control is carried out throughout the entire production process. Testing and protocols are all negotiated prior toto order finalization.  The quality team conducts inspection on the basis AQL parameters. Through this setting of standards, risk analysis and quality control we ensure, that there are no surprise in store for the client and that buyer expectations are always met.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

                           

It starts with the product order and ends with shipping out ready merchandise. We take care of every aspects of the order, right from processing purchase orders to cost negotiation, trouble shooting, monitoring time lines and shipping alerts. These and other activities encompass merchandising, quality and logistics., make overseas production-planning and inventory management that much simpler for our clients.

LOGISTICS OPERATIONS

Apart from negotiating the best freights for the buyers we ensure optimised consolidation planning and accurate documentation. Legions Inc. is a team of talented and experienced minds brought together by two young and dynamic professionals — Punita Kalra and Ivan Menezes. After working for 14 years, as the head of the merchandising for departments of leather accessories, home and hardgoods for one of the biggest European Conglomerate ” Karstadt Quelle AG “, they decided to set up up their own sourcing office in new Delhi. 
 
 Legions Inc. was established in 2007 with the aim to provide value additions along the supply chain rather than follow the traditional buying – inspection agent model, provide professional services and customized solutions from design development to delivery to importing companies.
